Is our data secure, and where is it hosted?

Your project data is stored exclusively on Australian cloud infrastructure - it never leaves the country. In limited cases, certain processing services may route through global cloud endpoints, but your stored project data remains onshore at all times. The platform is built to enterprise-grade standards, including encryption at rest and in transit, role-based access controls, and full audit logging. Our technical leadership has delivered ISO 27001 certification in prior enterprise roles and applies that same rigour across every layer of DAIV.

Will DAIV integrate with the tools we already use?

DAIV is built to fit alongside your existing workflow, not displace it. The platform works directly with the contracts, subcontracts, variations and correspondence your team already manages - no migration required. Deeper integrations with major project management platforms are actively on our roadmap, and Foundation Partners have direct input into the order in which they're delivered.

Foundation Partners receive preferential terms in exchange for shaping the product, and there is no lock-in — we want you with us because DAIV delivers measurable value, not because of a contract clause. What does onboarding and implementation look like?

Foundation Partners receive fully managed implementation. A dedicated lead from the DAIV team handles contract ingestion, template configuration, workflow mapping and team training — working alongside your nominated administrators, never handing the work over to them. Most teams are operating live within their first session, and your implementation lead remains your direct contact for as long as you are with us. There is no IT project, no lengthy deployment, and no per-seat configuration burden on your team.
